Shipping & Return Policies

We ship USPS First Class. Please allow 2-3 business days for our warehouse to process your order before it is shipped. Shipping will be calculated upon checkout. You will receive an email confirmation of your order and tracking information. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your items within 7-10 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.  We also offer a Priority mail option for an additional charge if you need your package within 2-3 business days. 

Customers are responsible for organizing their own acceptance of items based on the delivery option they choose. Any re-delivery of orders needs to be arranged and paid for by the customer.


It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we are unable to refund your purchase or replace the goods. 


If your package is automatically returned to sender by the postal service, our returns team will contact you to arrange redelivery when we receive it. Please note we are unable to offer a refund for a return to sender package.


Online tools can be used to track your package, and we encourage customers to track packages. Reboot Patch is not responsible for fault of delivery by the mail carriers. Please let us know, however Reboot Patch is not able to offer any compensation if a package has not been received after the postal services has delivered to your shipping address.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for unopened products ordered directly through our website for up to 14 days after delivery. Shipping is non-refundable, with the exception of damaged or otherwise compromised product as a result of manufacturing error.

To request a refund, email with your name, order number and reason for return. Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to show up on your bank statement.  We do not currently accept exchanges.  

Damage Due to Freight or Shipping

All of our products are tested for quality, and shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. However, should your order arrive damaged, all claims must be made within 48 hours to Our team will require a full description of the damage to the product, and may require supplemental photo evidence. Refunds and returns will be handled on a case by case basis as outlined in the above sections. 

Third Party Retailers

Products ordered through a third party retailer and not are subject to the relevant return, shipping, and refund terms set forth by the external retailer and must be handled with them directly.
